Over the years Bemus Bay has had three management companies with Greenbriar being the most recent. By comparisons I have found Greenbriar Property Management to be superior in almost all areas of condominium management. Jason, Lynn and their staff are all very sincere in delivering a good product and they all are very responsive when a new problem comes in to play. Jason manages the day to day affairs (a plus are his water certifications) and Lynn produces reliable an understandable financials. I have no reservations in recommending their company to perspective clients.
